IMPACT CAPITAL MICROFINANCE
IMPACT CAPITAL MICROFINANCE (“Impact Capital” or “ICMF”) is a micro financial services provider incorporated in Ghana in February 2012 as a company limited by liability under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) and licensed by the Bank of Ghana to operate with registration number BOG L/C 000215. Its key object is to provide microfinance products and services to the Informal and Micro, Small & Medium Scale Enterprises (MSME’s) sectors. MSMEs are marginalized and lack financial assistance from formal banking institutions.
Impact Capital, continually creates and commercializes products which are compatible with the needs and expectations of its clients and do adapt services and products to position the company to compete favorably in a continual changing business environment.
Since the beginning of its operation, IMPACT CAPITAL has been able to withstand the initial business operational challenges faced by new businesses in the industry mainly due to the experience of its Management and Board in the financial services industry.
Impact Capital is backed by a Board of Directors with huge experience in banking, microfinance, investment, treasury management, product development and general business management; with such background of knowledge and experience the company is poised to take full advantage of the huge opportunities in the microfinance industry in Ghana to become a leading and preferred micro-finance institution in the country.
The company has its main office in Sakumono, Tema-Accra.
The core business of IMPACT CAPITAL is to provide flexible micro credit assistance for MSMEs, traders and primarily the informal sector and also to create an environment to pull same into the emerging electronic formal financial system. Additionally, we provide business development and advisory services to our clients to assist them manage and grow their business.
